This article is WP:SYNTH and thus fails WP:GNG by violating WP:NOR. The article cites no source describing the concept of an "address to the nation" or "national address" as a global phenomenon; instead, it describes specific examples in particular countries (relying primarily on WP:PRIMARYSOURCES) and strings them together in what is definitionally original research.
